I have heard back from the lab, and was told the following information about the reconstitution of ab90920: "The protein should be reconstituted with de-ionized water to the pre-lyophilization volume. For example, the protein concentration of a recent lot is 3.73 mg/ml and the pre-lyophilization volume for 1 mg is 268 ul." For a lot with pre-lyophilized concentration of 3.1 mg/mL, the volume should be 322 uL. I apologize for the confusion and for the lack of reconstitution instructions on the vial. If you have any problems with this protein, please let me know.
